Renovation of the water reservoir in Miłochniewice

Summary

The tender concerns renovation of the existing water reservoir in Miłochniewice, including temporary emptying, removal of approximately 0.5 m of sediment, deepening, embankment shaping and reinforcement, bank protection with gabion baskets and fascine bundles, and construction of a cascade inlet for rainwater. The reservoir is approximately 2,700 m² in area, its current capacity is approximately 2,350 m³ and the planned capacity is approximately 3,700 m³. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically by 18 September 2026 at 09:00. Price accounts for 80% of the evaluation and the offered warranty for 20%; the warranty options are 36, 48 or 60 months. A mandatory site visit and confirmation of attendance are required, otherwise the bid will be rejected. No bid security is required, but the successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the gross bid price.
