Modernization of the access road and construction of a reserve drinking-water tank

Summary

The tender covers two possible construction lots for a healthcare facility: modernization of the access road to the helicopter landing area and construction of a reserve drinking-water tank. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots, and both lots must be completed by 4 December 2026. The reserve-water solution is a design-and-build project. It includes a steel tank of approximately 70 m³ with at least 60 m³ of usable reserve, connection to the existing water network, pumping or pressure-boosting equipment providing 4–5 bar, automation and monitoring, an automatically starting dedicated generator, testing, disinfection, water-quality testing, commissioning, training and as-built documentation. The tender documents also state that the successful bidder must provide a 5% performance guarantee before contract signature, although the structured notice contains a conflicting entry that no such guarantee is required; this point should be verified in the official documents.
