Renovation of buildings at the Primary School named after the January Uprising in Osieck

Summary

The tender covers the renovation of part of the ground floor of the primary school at 61 Warszawska Street in Osieck. The works include renovation of corridors, classrooms, changing rooms, sanitary facilities, storage rooms and staff rooms; replacement of floors, doors, lighting, sockets and sanitary equipment; internal and external sewerage works; low-voltage and IT installations; classroom equipment; and construction of an accessibility ramp. The contract also includes the related demolition, waste removal, finishing, testing and handover documentation. The works must be completed within 3 months of signing the contract, while the school remains in operation. The contractor must protect pupils and staff, keep noisy works out of school hours from 8:00 to 12:00 on teaching days, remove waste continuously and keep the construction area within the designated area of up to 100 m². Offers are submitted electronically by 18 September 2026 at 10:00 and must remain valid for 30 days. Price accounts for 60% and the warranty and defect-liability period exceeding the required 36 months accounts for 40%. A bid security of PLN 8,000 and a performance security of 5% of the gross offer price are required.
