Supporting socio-economic inclusion in Padew Narodowa municipality through the establishment of a daytime support facility in Zarowniu – equipment supply, Part II: tableware and cutlery

The tender concerns the supply of tableware and cutlery for a daytime community support facility in Zarowniu, as Part II of a wider equipment procurement for the Padew Narodowa municipality. The supply includes cups, dessert and dinner plates, bowls, sugar bowls, serving dishes, salt and pepper shakers, a milk jug, napkin holders, platters, a jug, teaspoons, table forks, table knives, tablespoons, cutting boards, kitchen knives, a pot and a ladle. The detailed quantities and technical requirements are set out in Annex 10 to the tender documents. The entire scope must be offered; partial or variant tenders are not allowed. Delivery must be completed by 25 September 2026, with final acceptance without reservations. Offers must be submitted electronically through the e-Zamowienia platform by 11 September 2026 at 11:00. Price is the only award criterion and carries a weight of 100%; the lowest gross price receives 100 points and other offers are scored proportionally. No bid guarantee or performance security is required. The tender is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Programme for Podkarpackie 2021–2027.
