Thermal modernization of the building at 1 Wolności Street in Tworóg

Summary

The tender concerns design-and-build thermal modernization of the former hospital for the poor at 1 Wolności Square in Tworóg. The works include upgrading the heating system with an air-to-air heat pump of at least 21 kW and eight indoor units, insulating external walls and the attic ceiling, replacing windows, and renovating doors. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 September 2026 at 08:00. The award criteria are price, weighted at 60%, and warranty period, weighted at 40%. The required minimum warranty is 36 months and the maximum evaluated period is 72 months. The procurement is co-financed under the European Funds for Silesia 2021–2027 programme.
