Reconstruction works in the basement of the Vocational Education Centre in Sieradz to create a temporary shelter

Summary

The tender covers reconstruction and renovation works in the technical and utility part of the dormitory building at the Vocational Education Centre in Sieradz, ul. Polna 26. The works will adapt the basement area for use as a temporary collective shelter and include drying and insulating basement structures, reconstructing slabs and walls, securing openings, creating a safe exit, installing sanitary facilities and a food-preparation area, and adapting the building systems. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 September 2026 at 10:00. A mandatory site visit is required before bidding. Award criteria are price, weighted 60%, and warranty, weighted 40%.
