Reconstruction of section of municipal road no. 251104W Troszyn–Rabędy from km 0+946 to km 1+692

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction of a 746-metre section of municipal road no. 251104W between Troszyn and Rabędy, from km 0+946 to km 1+692. The works include strengthening the asphalt carriageway, constructing a separated cycle lane, a paved sidewalk, accesses and shoulders, installing street lighting with LED fixtures, constructing a utility duct and implementing permanent traffic management. The road is designed as a class D urban road with a design speed of 30 km/h; the carriageway is 5.25 m wide, the sidewalk 1.80 m wide and the cycle lane 2.00 m wide. The contract period is 8 months and no variant or partial bids are permitted. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 00:00. Price carries 60% and the warranty period 40% of the evaluation. A PLN 25,000 bid guarantee is required, together with performance security. The bidder must provide qualified road and electrical construction managers and the required declarations and evidence.
