Supply of aggregate for the needs of the Chełm Municipality

Summary

The tender concerns recurring deliveries of aggregate for the Chełm Municipality, including loading, transport and unloading at locations within the municipality. The basic estimated quantity is 1,200 tonnes: 200 tonnes of crushed aggregate in fraction 0/31.5 mm with no more than 10% fines and clay fraction, and 1,000 tonnes of concrete aggregate in fraction 0/63 mm. The minimum quantity to be delivered is 700 tonnes. Deliveries must be made within no more than 3 working days after the municipality’s order. Each delivery requires a delivery note and weighing slip. Option deliveries must begin within 10 calendar days of written notification. No participation qualification thresholds are specified. The tender must include the offer form, the exclusion-ground declaration and evidence of signing authority. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 14 September 2026 at 10:00 and remain binding until 13 October 2026.
