Purchase and delivery of furniture and teaching equipment for an educational institution

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase, delivery and installation of furniture and teaching equipment for an educational institution as part of a project developing vocational education infrastructure in Poddębice County. It is divided into seven lots: school benches, school chairs, desks, office chairs and armchairs, furniture, a metal cabinet, and teaching boards. Bids may be submitted for all lots. Lots 1 and 2 include a guaranteed delivery by 31 October 2026 and an optional second-stage delivery by 23 August 2027; the contracting authority may exercise the option by 31 May 2027. Lots 3–7 must be completed by 31 October 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11 September 2026 at 09:00 and remain binding for 30 days. The evaluation criteria are price, weighted at 60%, and warranty period, weighted at 40%.
