Supply, installation and configuration of cybersecurity solutions with related services

Summary

The tender covers a comprehensive cybersecurity upgrade for the contracting authority’s IT and OT/ICS environment. The supplier must deliver, install, configure and integrate UTM/NGFW firewalls, backup and NAS platforms, network switches, WLAN access points, VPN and endpoint protection, NAC, SIEM/XDR, ITSM, MFA, PAM, WAF, log management, industrial network monitoring, central security management, infrastructure monitoring, IT/OT separation and hardening services. Specialist cybersecurity training for administrators is also required. The work is organised in five stages: physical infrastructure, network infrastructure, security and identity systems, IT/OT hardening and separation, and administrator training. Final delivery, implementation and acceptance are due by 31 October 2026. The tender is not divided into lots. Offers are assessed by price at 60% and the warranty/service/subscription period at 40%. The bid must be submitted electronically by 14 September 2026 at 10:00, in Polish, and remain valid for 30 days.
