Reconstruction of county road no. 2417W between Zakroczym and Nowe Trebki over approximately 1,670 m under a design-and-build arrangement

Summary

The contract covers the design and reconstruction of approximately 1,670 metres of county road no. 2417W between Zakroczym and Nowe Trebki in a design-and-build arrangement. The contractor must prepare the execution technical documentation, temporary and permanent traffic-management designs, obtain the required approvals, and carry out the road, pavement, sidewalk, driveway, drainage, marking, safety and reinstatement works. The contract must be completed by 15 December 2026, with at least 70% of the construction works completed and submitted for partial acceptance by 30 November 2026. The road pavement is approximately 6.00 metres wide; a full pavement structure is required over a 380-metre forest section, bituminous works cover approximately 10,166 m², and the planned sidewalk area is approximately 3,340 m². The contractor must maintain traffic and access, provide materials, surveys, tests, waste management and as-built documentation, and comply with accessibility, safety, quality and employment requirements. The bid deadline is 18 September 2026 at 12:00. A PLN 50,000 bid guarantee is required. The performance security is 5% of the offered total price. Offers are scored 60% on price and 40% on the warranty period; the permitted warranty options are 36, 42, 48, 54 or 60 months. The warranty period must be at least 36 months. The offer must be submitted electronically in Polish with the required electronic signature.
