The contract covers comprehensive energy modernization of the multi-family residential building at Partyzantów 12 in Krasnystaw. The works include façade, basement and attic insulation, replacement of windows and external doors, roof and rainwater works, a 5.16 kW photovoltaic installation with 12 panels, heat metering and radiator cost allocators, hot-water insulation, lighting replacement and related electrical, sanitary, finishing and demolition works. The building is located within a registered historic urban area. The contract must be completed within 6 months of signing. Bids are due electronically by 25 September 2026 at 10:00.
