Construction of municipal civil protection and civil defence warehouses in Zagan with site development and necessary technical and associated infrastructure – Stage I

Summary

The tender covers a design-and-build project for municipal civil protection and civil defence warehouses in Zagan, including a complete multidisciplinary design, permits and approvals, construction of a warehouse with office facilities, site development, access road and utilities, water and electricity connections, heating, fencing, warehouse equipment, as-built documentation, commissioning and user training. The works are to be completed by 30 November 2026. Bidders must demonstrate civil liability insurance of at least PLN 100,000, at least one design-and-build warehouse construction project worth at least PLN 500,000 gross, and a suitably qualified construction manager, sanitary works manager and electrical works manager, each with at least three years of relevant experience. A PLN 20,000 tender guarantee is required. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 09:00. Price carries 60% and the warranty period 40%.
