Renovation of warehouses and construction of an emergency power connection for a generator

Summary

The tender concerns renovation of warehouses and construction of an emergency power connection for a generator in a building on plot no. 163 in Raciechowice. The works include changes to the building layout, reconstruction of electrical, central-heating, water-supply and sanitary-sewer installations, room renovation and replacement of equipment. The contract must be completed by 30 November 2026. The contract is a lump-sum construction contract. The bid must cover all work, materials, equipment, site organisation, waste handling, required documentation and other costs necessary for completion. A mandatory site inspection is required, and a PLN 16,000 tender guarantee must be provided. Bids must be submitted electronically by 24 September 2026 at 10:00. Award criteria are price, weighted at 60%, and quality guarantee and statutory warranty, weighted at 40%. The minimum guarantee and statutory warranty period is 5 years; extending it by one year gives 20 points and by two years gives 40 points. The contracting authority may conduct negotiations concerning the evaluated elements of the bid.
