Modernisation of the JRG Bychawa yard to enable storage of equipment and supplies

Summary

The tender covers comprehensive modernization of the JRG Bychawa yard at 2 Armii Krajowej Street, Bychawa, so that equipment and supplies can be stored there. No bid guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide a performance security equal to 3% of the gross bid price. Certain physical construction, equipment operation and installation activities must generally be performed by employees under employment contracts, subject to the stated self-employment exception.
