Collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties in Orla Municipality

Summary

The tender covers a 12-month service for collecting and managing municipal waste from residential properties throughout Orla Municipality, starting no earlier than 1 October 2026. The contractor must provide containers and selective-collection bags, collect mixed and separately collected waste, organise annual bulky-waste collections, handle medicines, sharps, batteries and other listed waste streams, transport the waste to authorised facilities, and prepare the required schedules and reports. The service covers approximately 1,177 properties in 25 localities. The contractor must meet the required waste-management, recycling, environmental and record-keeping obligations, employ people performing transport-management, supervision and direct collection work under employment contracts, maintain civil liability insurance of at least PLN 300,000, and offer a 30-day invoice payment period.
