Adaptation of part of a former primary school building in Słuszczyn into a civil defence warehouse

Summary

The tender covers the adaptation of part of a former primary school building in Słuszczyn into a civil defence warehouse, divided into two lots. Lot 1 includes refurbishment of ground-floor rooms, demolition of stoves and wooden floors, wall openings and masonry works, installation of windows and doors, plastering, painting, industrial floors, electrical works, and delivery and installation of storage shelving. Lot 2 covers removal of asbestos-cement roof sheets, rebuilding and plastering chimneys, installation of a coated trapezoidal sheet roof, flashings, roof access, gutters, downpipes, lightning protection and external wall painting. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026. A minimum 36-month warranty is required, with the warranty period also used as a scored award criterion. Price carries 60% and warranty length 40%; warranty periods above 60 months receive no additional points. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 12:00. No bid guarantee is required, but the successful contractor must provide a performance security equal to 5% of the gross price for the relevant lot.
