Modernization of municipal road No. 130127C Jeżewo–Jeżewice from km 0+000.0 to km 1+150

Summary

The tender concerns the modernization of municipal road No. 130127C between Jeżewo and Jeżewice, from km 0+000.0 to km 1+150. The works include mechanical profiling of the existing gravel surface, a new two-layer asphalt pavement, strengthened shoulders, asphalt access roads, drainage arrangements, temporary traffic management and site reinstatement. The modernized section is approximately 1.1465 km long; the road is generally 4.0 m wide, with 1.0 m shoulders, while the section from the provincial road to km 0+028 is designed for KR3 traffic loading. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 09:00 and remain valid until 18 October 2026. The works are to be completed in stages: the section from km 0.003 to km 0.683 by 22 October 2026, and the remaining sections by 6 November 2026. Evaluation is based on price (60%), warranty liability period (25%) and payment term (15%). The bidder must provide a PLN 15,000 tender guarantee, and a performance guarantee is required.
