Supply of Computers and Computer Sets to the Technical Schools in Sopot under the “Good School 2.0 – High-Quality Vocational Education” Project

Summary

The tender covers the supply and complete delivery of computers and computer sets for a technical school in Sopot under the “Good School 2.0” vocational education project. It is divided into three lots: 22 virtualization computer sets for INF.02 training, 16 computers for INF.03 training, and 21 computer sets for a logistics laboratory. Bids may be submitted for all lots. Delivery is due within 21 calendar days of contract signature, and the bid deadline is 15 September 2026 at 10:00. Equipment must be new, unused, legally sourced, fully assembled, configured with the operating system and drivers, and ready for use. The required operating system is Windows 11 Pro 64-bit Polish OEM or an equivalent solution meeting the stated compatibility, licensing, security and support requirements. The equipment must include at least 24 months of on-site warranty service. Evaluation is based on gross price (60%), warranty period (30%) and a social criterion (10%). A 24-month warranty is the minimum; 36 months receives 15 points and 48 months or more receives 30 points. The social criterion awards 10 points for declaring the employment of at least one person with a disability, an unemployed person or a person covered by social employment legislation during contract performance. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
