Construction of cultural and tourism infrastructure in the Konowica recreational area

Summary

The tender concerns construction of cultural and tourism infrastructure in the Konowica recreational area in Terespol. The works include a social and backstage building for artists, roofing for the existing stage and audience stands, an amphitheatre-style viewing point adapted for people with reduced mobility, CCTV expansion, paved areas, flower meadows, ornamental shrub planting and eight information signs. The contract is not divided into lots and is to be completed within 22 months. Price is the only award criterion. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 September 2026 at 00:00, through the designated purchasing platform. The successful bidder must provide performance security; no bid guarantee is required.
