Design and renovation of office rooms at the Police Station in Makow Podhalański

Summary

The tender covers the design and renovation of office rooms at the Police Station in Makow Podhalański, including equipment and replacement of parts of the existing structured cabling, LAN and electrical sockets, cable trays and patch panels. The basic scope concerns 17 office rooms. The contracting authority may additionally order the design and renovation of bathrooms on three floors and the renovation of the stairwell, hall, corridors, cloakroom, staff room, basement bathroom and showers. The works will be carried out in an operational building. The contractor must prepare the technical design, coordinate it with the contracting authority’s inspectors, obtain any necessary studies, opinions, approvals and decisions, and comply with applicable law and Polish standards. The basic scope must be completed within 6 months, the basic scope plus option 1 within 8 months, and the basic scope plus both options within 10 months from contract signature. Offers are due by 21 September 2026. Price carries 90% of the evaluation weight and the warranty period carries 10%. The offer must include the basic scope and both options, although the contracting authority may ultimately order only the basic scope, the basic scope plus option 1, or the full scope. The minimum warranty period is 36 months.
