Road surfacing in the Gzy municipality using asphalt emulsion and reclaimed asphalt

The tender concerns the surfacing of municipal roads in the Gzy municipality in 2026 using asphalt emulsion and reclaimed asphalt. The works include surface treatment with aggregate, obtaining and transporting reclaimed asphalt, reprofiling, spreading and compacting the material, eliminating potholes and ruts, maintaining temporary road signs, carrying out tests and measurements, and restoring the sites. The estimated reclaimed asphalt quantity is 621 tonnes across six locations, with at least 80% of the estimated quantity guaranteed. The contract must be completed by 30 October 2026. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and invoice payment term (40%); payment terms of 14, 21 and 30 days receive 0, 20 and 40 points respectively. If negotiations are held, up to three highest-ranked non-rejected bidders may be invited.
