Expansion and modernization of the street-lighting network in Andrespol municipality

Summary

The tender concerns the construction and modernization of street-lighting networks in several localities of Andrespol municipality. The works include overhead and cable lines, concrete and steel poles, LED luminaires, cable connections, control equipment, measurements, commissioning, surveying, traffic-management arrangements, site safety and restoration. The works must be completed within 60 calendar days from contract signing. The award is based on price (60%) and the quality guarantee period (40%). The guarantee must be at least 3 years and may be scored up to 5 years. No bid security or performance security is required, and the contract is not divided into lots. Bidders must demonstrate two relevant street-lighting construction projects completed within the last 5 years, each worth at least PLN 50,000 gross, and must provide at least one unrestricted electrical and power-engineering construction manager. The bid must include the required declarations, evidence, electronic signatures, a gross lump-sum price in PLN and the declared guarantee period. Equivalent solutions are permitted only if their equivalence is identified and proven with the bid.
