Construction of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point with Technical Infrastructure in Gostyn

Summary

The contract covers the construction of a selective municipal waste collection point with technical infrastructure at Pszczynska Street in Gostyn. The works include site preparation and earthworks, a social and office container, shelters and storage containers, sealed waste-container areas, water and sewer connections, electrical systems, lighting, CCTV, fencing, access control, information boards, landscaping, fire-safety equipment, a vehicle weighbridge, waste containers, unloading platforms and a computer workstation. The project is co-financed under the European Funds for Silesia 2021–2027 programme and must be completed within 11 months of signing the contract. The contractor must provide new, compliant materials and equipment, carry out tests and measurements, prepare as-built documentation, obtain required approvals and manage construction, safety, waste and subcontracting obligations. The tender deadline is 18 September 2026 at 09:00. Award criteria are price, weighted at 60%, and warranty, weighted at 40%; the warranty must be between 60 and 84 months. A PLN 15,000 bid guarantee is required, and a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the gross contract price must be provided before contract signature. Physical workers performing construction activities under site management must be employed under employment contracts. The tenderer must also account for work near a 110 kV power line, including coordination and safety approvals with the network operator.
