Renovation works in Uzdrowisko Rabka S.A. buildings divided into eight lots

The tender concerns renovation works at Uzdrowisko Rabka S.A. facilities in Rabka-Zdroj, Poland, divided into eight lots. The scope covers roof painting and gutter replacement, facade, balcony and external stair repairs, renovation of the Olszowka and Jagiellonka generator buildings, and replacement of selected PVC and aluminium windows and doors at the Zaklad Przyrodoleczniczy building. Works must be performed in occupied facilities while maintaining safe operation, removing and disposing of construction waste, providing scaffolding or lifting equipment where needed, carrying out tests and inspections, and supplying completion documentation. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all eight lots. The submission deadline is 18 September 2026 at 09:00, and bids must be filed electronically through the e-Zamowienia platform in Polish. The mandatory site visit must take place before submission and must be confirmed with the bid. The award criteria are price at 90% and quality guarantee at 10%; the accepted guarantee periods are 36, 48 or 60 months. No bid guarantee is required, but a performance security equal to 5% of the total gross bid price must be provided within 7 days after contract signature and no later than the start of the works. The contract is lump-sum priced. The contractor must keep the facilities operating, comply with construction, health and safety, fire-safety and environmental requirements, employ workers under employment contracts for specified activities, and provide insurance with coverage of at least PLN 1,000,000.
