Modernisation of recreational facilities in Gdansk managed by the Gdansk Greenery Board 2026 – Stage 3: Supply of new and replacement of damaged outdoor gym equipment

Summary

The tender concerns the modernisation of recreational facilities in Gdansk managed by the Gdansk Greenery Board, including the supply of new outdoor gym equipment and replacement of damaged equipment. The works are to be completed within 56 days, with a possible extension of up to 4 weeks in the event of unforeseen weather or other random events. No separate economic or financial standing, business registration or professional authorisation requirement is specified. The bidder must demonstrate technical and professional capacity through at least two outdoor gym construction contracts completed during the last 5 years, or during its shorter period of operation. The equipment must comply with standard PN-EN 16630 and each contract must have had a gross value of at least PLN 30,000. The bidder must also provide suitably qualified personnel, including a person with construction-related vocational education, demolition and installation experience, and at least 2 years of experience managing or supervising construction works in the specified fields. A construction manager with unrestricted structural and building authorisation is also required. The highest-rated bidder may be asked to submit a list of completed works with supporting references or equivalent evidence, together with a list of the personnel assigned to the contract, their duties, experience and basis of availability. The tender and documents must be submitted electronically in Polish. No bid guarantee or performance security is required. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%.
