Reconstruction of room no. 070 at the Royal Castle at Wawel

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction of room no. 070 on the ground floor of the Royal Castle at Wawel for use as an educational room. The works include demolition, partitions, flooring and wall finishes, renovation of existing vaulted walls, joinery, window and door conservation, sanitary, heating, ventilation and electrical installations, partial removal of existing installations, and installation of BMS, fire alarm, intrusion alarm, access control and CCTV systems. The contract period is three months and no alternative bids by lots are allowed. A bidder must demonstrate two qualifying heritage-building renovation or reconstruction projects, each worth at least PLN 200,000 net, and provide four separate qualified specialists. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish. Award criteria are price (60%) and warranty and statutory liability period (40%).
