Modernization of the changing-room and sanitary facilities at Primary School No. 1

The tender concerns the modernization of the changing-room and sanitary facilities at Primary School No. 1. The works include removing and replacing floor finishes, installing a self-levelling screed and commercial flooring, replacing doors and electrical installations, carrying out sanitary, painting and wall and floor tiling works, refurbishing and varnishing the parquet floor with sports-court line reinstatement, and renovating radiator covers. The award criteria are price, weighted at 60%, and warranty period, weighted at 40%. A warranty of 48 months is the minimum; 60 months or more receives the full warranty score.
