Purchase and delivery of an unbound natural aggregate mixture

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase, transport, unloading and successive delivery of approximately 1,820 tonnes of crushed natural aggregate mixture with a 0/31.5 mm grading, for road subbases and the maintenance of municipal roads in Łuków. Deliveries must be made to locations designated by the contracting authority within the city and completed within 45 days of contract signature. The material must meet specified grading, fines, Los Angeles abrasion, frost-resistance and PN-EN 13242 or equivalent standard requirements. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%, and payment is based on the quantity actually delivered and accepted. The bidder must demonstrate at least one properly completed delivery of aggregate or unbound mixture of at least 1,000 tonnes under one contract during the last 3 years. The offer must identify one specific product and include the manufacturer’s declaration of performance and, where necessary, technical documentation or test evidence. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 14 September 2026 at 10:00.
