Reconstruction of the water supply network on Rzemieślnicza Street and S. Żeromskiego Street in Białobrzegi

Summary

The tender concerns a design-and-build project for reconstructing the water supply network on Rzemieślnicza Street and S. Żeromskiego Street in Białobrzegi. The contractor must prepare the design documentation, obtain the required permits or notifications, reconstruct approximately 734 metres of network, connect 13 existing water supply lines, complete the works and obtain the required acceptance for use. The new network includes approximately 645 metres of DN 500 pipe, 45 metres of DN 300 pipe and 44 metres of DN 110 pipe. The contract period is 13 months and the submission deadline is 25 September 2026. The award criteria are price (60%), warranty and liability for defects (25%), and the additional experience of the sanitary works manager (15%). A PLN 25,000 bid guarantee and a performance security are required. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish.
