Creation of temporary shelter spaces – renovation of basement rooms in schools – Stage II under the 2025–2026 Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme

Summary

The procurement covers renovation and adaptation of basement rooms in two primary schools in Hrubieszów to create temporary shelter spaces. It is divided into two lots, and bidders may tender for one or both lots. Lot 1 concerns Primary School No. 1 at Listopadowa 12; Lot 2 concerns Primary School No. 3 at Zamojska 16. The works include floor, wall and ceiling renovation, installation of PVC flooring, painting and finishing works, sanitary installations, doors, toilets and washbasins where specified, and temporary steel ceiling supports. The works must be completed within 60 days of contract signature. Bids are evaluated by price (60%) and the warranty period for the works and installed materials and equipment (40%). The offered warranty must be between 36 and 60 months. A bid security of PLN 2,000 is required for each lot. The successful contractor must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross bid price, maintain civil liability insurance of at least the gross contract value, and comply with the requirement to employ persons performing specified physical, equipment-operation and installation tasks under employment contracts, unless the work is personally performed by a self-employed subcontractor. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 17 September 2026 at 10:00.
