Reconstruction, extension and repair of roads with construction of bus-stop platforms in the City and Municipality of Olsztyn

Summary

This works contract covers the reconstruction, extension and repair of roads and the construction of bus-stop platforms in the City and Municipality of Olsztyn. The scope includes works on Amonitowa Street, a bus turning loop in Biskupice, an access road in Przymilowice, the Suliszowice-Krasawa road, various road surface repairs and traffic-organisation changes, and six bus-stop platforms in Turow, Kusieta, Krasawa and Olsztyn. The contract must be completed within 2 months of signing. Bids are due electronically by 21 September 2026 at 10:00. Award criteria are gross price, weighted 60%, and the warranty and defects-liability period for construction works, weighted 40%. The minimum warranty period is 36 months and the maximum period scored is 60 months. The bidder must provide PLN 8,000 bid security and, before contract signature, performance security equal to 5% of the gross bid price.
