Construction of water supply networks in the Łąck Municipality

Summary

The tender covers the construction or extension of water supply networks in the Łąck Municipality and is divided into three lots. Lot 1 concerns approximately 100 metres of 90 mm pipe in Matyldów; Lot 2 approximately 310 metres of 110 mm pipe in Nowe Rumunki, including trenchless crossings; and Lot 3 approximately 475 metres of 110 mm pipe along roads and private land in Łąck. The works include above-ground hydrants, excavation or trenchless construction where specified, and restoration of road surfaces. Bids may be submitted for all three lots. Each lot has a 60-day completion period, and price accounts for 60% of the evaluation while warranty accounts for 40%. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 10:00. The contractor must provide the required experience, a suitably qualified construction manager, bid security and a performance guarantee.
