Construction of sidewalks in Kramsk – stage I

Summary

The tender covers the construction of sidewalks and driveways with concrete block paving in Kramsk, along A. Szeluty, I. Paderewskiego, W. Bogusławskiego, F. Chopina and T. Sygietyńskiego Streets. The works include drainage layers, cement-bound or concrete subbases, paving, curbs and edging, as well as marked pedestrian crossings with tactile warning slabs. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically by 18 September 2026 at 08:00. The bidder must demonstrate relevant sidewalk construction experience, provide a suitably qualified road-construction site manager and submit the required declarations and evidence. The award criteria are price (60%) and the warranty period (40%); the warranty must be between 36 and 60 months. The contracting authority may invite up to three highest-ranked bidders to negotiations.
