Reconstruction of the courtyard and adjacent areas of Primary School No. 3 in Kępno with sports and technical infrastructure and landscaping

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction of the courtyard and adjacent areas of Primary School No. 3 in Kępno, including a sports field and athletics facilities, playgrounds, green areas, roads and paths, drainage and water systems, lighting, monitoring, fencing, parking and outdoor educational spaces. The works must be carried out in three successive stages on the premises of an operating school and nursery, with the contractor responsible for preparing the documents needed for use permits for each stage. The contract period is 10 months. The tender is not divided into lots. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 September 2026 at 00:00. Price carries 60% and the warranty period 40%. A bid guarantee of PLN 120,000 and performance security are required. The works are co-financed by European funding programmes.
