Modernization and provision of dual-use facilities for temporary shelter sites at primary schools in Węgliniec and Ruszów

Summary

The tender covers design-and-build modernization of two lower school-building floors so that they can continue to serve everyday educational use while also functioning as temporary shelter sites. It is divided into two lots: one at the primary school in Ruszów and one at the primary school in Węgliniec. Each lot includes design documentation and the necessary approvals, construction works, as-built documentation and approvals required for use. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots, and price carries 60% while the warranty and statutory liability period carries 40%.
