Construction of a retention basin on Żurawia Street in Kruszyna

Summary

The tender covers construction works in Kruszyna and is divided into two lots. Lot A concerns construction of a retention basin on Żurawia Street, including tree removal, basin construction, renovation and reconstruction of drainage ditches, culverts, sluices, basin inlets and outlet, access-road surfacing, planting, temporary water pumping, a drainage well and sheet-pile protection. Lot B concerns removal of a conflict with the existing SN-15 kV electricity network, including dismantling the overhead line, constructing an underground cable network and installing specified poles. Bids may be submitted for either or both lots. Lot A must be completed within 12 months of contract signature and Lot B within 6 months. The bid deadline is 21 September 2026 at 09:00. The procedure is conducted electronically and documents must be prepared in Polish. Offers are evaluated separately for each lot: price carries 60% and the extension of the required warranty carries 40%. The warranty extension may be up to 12 additional months; the required warranty period is 36 months for Lot A and 60 months for Lot B. The bidder must provide the required bid security, demonstrate the relevant prior experience and qualified construction manager, submit the required declarations and evidence, and comply with the specified electronic submission, material, employment and contract-performance conditions.
