The tender covers insulation of the foundation and basement walls of a multifunctional building in the palace-and-park complex in Bejsce. The works include excavation, wall cleaning, renovation plaster, bituminous damp-proofing, 5 cm styrodur protection boards, dimpled membrane, reinstatement of three basement window shafts, a laundry chute, backfilling, plinth insulation, restoration of the entrance landing and paving, and renovation of the northern external stairs. Demolition works are also included. The works must be completed within 50 days of contract signing. Bids must be submitted electronically by 18 September 2026 at 09:00 and will be evaluated on price (60%) and extended quality warranty (40%). A PLN 2,000 bid guarantee is required. The minimum quality warranty is 36 months; 48 months receives 20 points and 60 months receives 40 points. The contract requires a 60-month statutory defect liability period and a performance security of 5% of the bid price.
