Municipal road modernisation – asphalt works 2026

Summary

The tender covers the repair and asphalt surfacing of municipal roads in Piotrowo, Hopowo, Sławki and Ostrzyce in Somonino municipality. The works include road-surface preparation, asphalt layers, anti-crack measures, sub-base works, shoulders and local repairs. The contract must be completed within 56 days and there are no lots or variants. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026. The award criteria are price at 60% and the offered extended warranty period at 40%. The minimum warranty period is 36 months, while periods of up to 60 months receive additional scoring. A performance guarantee is required, but no bid guarantee is required. The main qualification requirement is experience with at least two properly completed road construction, reconstruction, extension or repair projects during the last five years, each with a gross value of at least PLN 400,000. The bidder must also provide a road-construction manager or works manager with the required construction-management authorisations and at least three years of relevant experience.
