Summary

The tender concerns the organisation and delivery of training, workshops and advisory services under a project supporting a modern and accessible working environment at TARR S.A. The contract covers two 8-hour management training sessions for 2 people, two 3-hour advisory sessions, four 8-hour workshops for 12 employees, one 8-hour session on remote work for 12 employees and the preparation of electronic educational materials such as an e-book and infographics. The topics include age management, flexible employment, organisational change, work-life balance, time management, mental wellbeing, preventing burnout, environmental awareness, remote work, cybersecurity, home-work ergonomics and effective communication.
