Reconstruction of buildings on Spacerowa Street in Zduńska Wola – adaptation of premises for the new headquarters of the County Roads Authority in Zduńska Wola

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction and change of use of an office-and-warehouse building at 17 Spacerowa Street in Zduńska Wola into an administrative and social building with technical and workshop facilities. The works include structural and finishing works and internal electrical, water, wastewater, heating and fire-protection installations. The completed facility will use an oil boiler supported by an air-source heat pump, with photovoltaic panels planned for the future. The contract is not divided into lots and must be completed within 70 days of signing: Stage I within 35 days and Stage II within 70 days. Price carries 60% and the warranty period 40% of the evaluation score. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 10:00.
