Maintenance of permanent skidding trails in the Gromnik Forest District

Summary

The tender concerns the maintenance and repair of permanent skidding trails in the Pleśna and Zalasowa forest districts of the Gromnik Forest District. The work includes levelling ruts, profiling surfaces and restoring ditches using a backhoe loader and a bulldozer, each with a minimum power of 100 hp. The estimated workload is 104 hours for the backhoe loader and 198 hours for the bulldozer, with possible reduction of up to 20% and changes in location according to the contracting authority’s needs. The contract period is 40 days. Work will be ordered in writing and each order must be started within two days. The contractor must arrange worksite safety and signage, comply with construction, health and safety, fire-protection and environmental requirements, repair any damage caused by the works, and provide at least a 12-month warranty. At least two full-time employees must be employed under employment contracts, including the backhoe-loader and bulldozer operators. The bid deadline is 18 September 2026. The bid bond is PLN 800. Offers are evaluated by price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the warranty periods considered are 12, 18 or 24 months. Offers and documents must be submitted electronically in Polish and the offer must carry an accepted electronic signature.
