Modernization of the village community centre building in Stare Biskupice

Summary

The tender concerns the modernization of the village community centre building in Stare Biskupice. The works include repairing masonry walls, works to the ceiling above the ground floor, reconstruction of the roof structure within the existing outline, a wooden staircase, replacement of the roof covering with plain tiles, new gutters and downpipes, cleaning external brick surfaces, roof and ceiling insulation, corrosion protection of internal steel elements, and protection of wooden elements. The building is listed in the municipal register of historic buildings. The contract is not divided into lots and is to be completed within 6 months.
