Renovation of the operational and technical section and roof of the Volunteer Fire Brigade station in Łapsze Niżne – second procedure

Summary

The tender concerns renovation of the operational and technical section, roof, flooring and central-heating system of the Volunteer Fire Brigade station in Łapsze Niżne. The works include roof repairs and painting, gutter and chimney repairs, installation of a PVC floor with a protective polyurethane coating, repairs to the floor structure, and replacement or modernisation of central-heating pipes, radiators, valves and connections. The contractor must keep the building operational, maintain safe access around it, secure the work site, remove temporary structures, restore the site and maintain construction records. The contract must be completed by 18 December 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish through the contracting platform by 21 September 2026. Price carries 60% and warranty 40% of the evaluation. A bid guarantee of PLN 3,000 is required.
