Modernization of street and sidewalk surfaces in Bielsko-Biała in six lots

Summary

The tender concerns the modernization of street and sidewalk surfaces in Bielsko-Biała, divided into six lots. The works include removing existing road or sidewalk surfaces, earthworks, crushed-stone subbases, curbs and edging, new road or concrete-block surfaces, and adjustment of underground installations. Lot 6 specifically includes an SMA bituminous road surface. Bidders may submit an offer for one, several or all lots, and there is no limit on the number of lots that may be awarded to one bidder. Each lot is to be completed within 60 days after contract signing. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 10:00 and will remain binding until 17 October 2026. Participation requires the specified recent road-construction experience for the selected lot, the relevant bid security and the required declarations and supporting documents. The award criteria are price, weighted at 80%, and warranty period, weighted at 20%. A performance security equal to 5% of the gross offered price is also required.
