Supply of laptops for the construction of a care and residential centre in Słupno and the improvement of support for people with disabilities

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of two new, complete laptops with operating systems, perpetual commercial office software, commercial antivirus software, chargers, mice and documentation for the construction of a care and residential centre in Słupno. The supplier must deliver the equipment to the contracting authority, carry it in, start it up, verify the hardware and software, activate the licences, provide the documentation and prepare the computers for use within 30 calendar days of signing the contract. The laptops must meet detailed minimum requirements, including a processor with at least 10 cores and 12 threads, 16 GB DDR5 RAM, a 1 TB PCIe NVMe SSD, a 15.6-inch Full HD display, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, TPM 2.0 and Windows 11 Professional or an equivalent system. The office software must have a perpetual commercial licence and the antivirus licence must cover at least 36 months. The equipment and complete sets must have at least a 36-month manufacturer warranty. Offers must be submitted electronically by 11 September 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% and the warranty period for 40%; the minimum warranty is 36 months and the maximum period considered in the evaluation is 48 months. The contracting authority may negotiate with tenderers and invite them to submit additional offers.
