Modernization of municipal roads – selected road sections in the Kąty estate

Summary

The tender concerns the modernization of selected sections of municipal roads in the Kąty area. Works include milling and removing existing asphalt, replacing curbs, preparing subgrades, strengthening shoulders, earthworks, drainage-well adjustments and construction of asphalt wearing and binder courses on Cegielniana Street, Kąty Street, the side section of Cicierz Street and the side section of Kieszki Street. Binder courses must use AC11W asphalt concrete for KR1–KR2 traffic categories and wearing courses SMA8 mix for KR1–KR2. The contract is not divided into lots and must be completed within 2 months of signing. Offers must be submitted electronically by 18 September 2026 at 08:30. The evaluation criteria are price at 60% and the offered warranty period at 40%; the warranty must be at least 3 years, with 5 years or more receiving the maximum warranty score. A PLN 2,500 tender guarantee is required, and the successful bidder must provide a performance security equal to 5% of the total tender price.
