Renovation of county road No. 3415P Krzewata–Przybyszew

Summary

The contract covers renovation works on county road No. 3415P between Krzewata and Przybyszew in Poland. The works include surveying over 0.60 km, milling 20 m² of asphalt pavement to a depth of 4 cm, mechanically cleaning and spraying 2,511 m² of bituminous pavement with cationic emulsion at 0.5 kg/m², levelling the existing base with 251.10 tonnes of AC11S asphalt concrete, manually levelling with 20 tonnes of asphalt concrete, and reshaping and replenishing 900 m² of road shoulders. The detailed scope is set out in the technical documentation and bill of quantities. The contract must be completed within 4 weeks of signing. Only one complete tender may be submitted, electronically and in Polish, by 18 September 2026 at 09:05. The award criteria are price, weighted 60%, and the declared quality warranty and defect liability period, weighted 40%; periods of 36, 48 and 60 months receive 5, 20 and 40 points respectively. A tender guarantee of PLN 1,800 is required, and the successful tenderer must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross tender price before signing the contract.
