Modernisation of the staircase and corridors in the main office building of the Opolskie Agricultural Advisory Centre in Łosiów

Summary

The tender concerns the modernisation of the staircase and corridors in the main office building of the Opolskie Agricultural Advisory Centre in Łosiów. The works include refurbishing terrazzo floors in the corridors and on the stairs, removing the existing steel-and-wood railing, installing a new stainless-steel railing with glass infill, repairing plaster and painting the corridors and staircase, together with the supply of all necessary materials. The indicative scope includes approximately 250 m² of corridor terrazzo flooring, 103 m² of stair flooring, 67 m of old railing removal, 67.44 m of new railing and 296.84 m² of painting works. The completion period is 80 days. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 10:00; the tender validity period runs until 17 October 2026. Evaluation is based on price at 80% and the offered warranty period at 20%; the warranty must be offered in full months between 60 and 120. No variants or partial tenders are permitted. The selected contractor must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total tender price and maintain liability insurance for at least the contract value.
