Renovation of the warehouse hall and adaptation for civil-protection storage in Fałkowo

Summary

The tender concerns the renovation of an existing warehouse hall in Fałkowo and its adaptation for civil-protection storage. The completed building must allow year-round use, provide suitable technical conditions and maintain a temperature of at least +8°C. The works include demolition and preparation, roof repair and insulation, facade thermal modernisation, floor and loading-ramp works, internal and external finishes, water and sanitary drainage installations, electrical and telecommunications systems, lighting, electric heating and a complete CCTV system. The contractor must include all associated works, site organisation and protection, health and safety and fire-safety measures, testing, measurements, commissioning, as-built documentation, waste management and handover documentation in the lump-sum price. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. Offers are submitted electronically in Polish by the deadline of 18 September 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% and the warranty period for 40% of the evaluation; the warranty options are 36, 48 or 60 months. A PLN 3,000 tender guarantee is required and must remain valid throughout the tender validity period. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross offer price before signing the contract. The tender does not set separate economic, financial, technical or professional qualification thresholds, but bidders must satisfy the stated exclusion, submission, technical and employment requirements.
